A lovely location for a hotel, just outside the actual Hubub of the city, with a lovely park opposite who do great breakfasts. Room was lovely, facilities to match. Very Clean too, up to expectations of a hotel rated as such as this one.

The hotel is nice, breakfast was fine, good location, nice walk along the river to the city centre and back, we enjoyed it, although if you are very tired or if it is very hot outside it might seem a bit too far.

The breakfast was flawless and I need to add how delicious the mini pancakes were freshly from the pancake machine:) The room was not just really nice but also clean and well-equipped. The staff was especially kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are with a car, at the border of the ZTL zone close to the city center on foot and eventhough the parking isn't cheap but you could hardly leave your car anywhere safer than the hotels guarded parking garage. Also the staff at the parking is heartwarmingly kind and attentive. (don't forget the tip;))

The room was large and well-appointed -- very comfortable. Housekeeping was helpful and timely and the location was quiet and restful. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many of the things visitors to Florence will want to see even if it is a bit of a longer walk.

Honestly, it’s a hidden gem. Its located in a street that you will not expect this hotel to be in and might be hard to find. But as soon as you walk in it’s modern, clean and the Staff are so welcoming and friendly and will take their time to ask if you need any recommendations depending on what you are there for. It was raining a lot so we couldn’t do so much but Shop so if you are into shopping get ready. The street that is hidden is a street that has a lot of different shops that it’s probably a mile long or more. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. A/C works well. The hotel also features a Rooftop where you can get something quick to eat and drink and the bartender was soooo nice. We had a great time there. Pro tip: If you use Apple Maps make sure you stick to it. The street that it’s in front of the hotel has cameras and you might get a ticket but Apple Maps will take you to the right street to drop off your luggage.

Very friendly cleaner on my floor, always smiling and greeting us when we saw her and wanted to make sure that my room was done after one night I placed incorrectly the "do not disturb" instead of "make up my room" ticket on the door.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped room. Very nice restaurant. And good location - by walk distance to worth to see places in Florence. With some luck you can park opposite of hotel on public parking for 2€/h (working hours) which is fair (hotel charges 20€/day but they ask for car keys which I do not accept ;) ). Good breakfast with variety of dishes.

Location is great. Breakfast was big enough and almost everything for every taste, the room I was given pretty big and comfy for a wheelchair user, except for the coffee/tea table which was a bit short. Staff is very helpful and willing to make your stay great. Really enjoyed it.

The hotel was clean, nice, with good facilities and air-conditioning in the room. Also in very close proximity to the city centre and attractions. In summary, good value for the money with very large rooms.
